1:1 sessions are here to help you learn movements, gain confidence & work towards your goals.
I hold space for you and I dedicate time into ensuring you get the most out of your 1:1 sessions.
All sessions are planned to suit your specific needs & goals, we go through exercises that suit your unique anatomy and adjust as needed. I ensure I cater to your individual needs and make sure you work with enough intensity & intention with each movement.
1:1 sessions are held out of the semi-private Q2 Fitness, if you'd like a completely private session please enquire as time slots are limited. No commercial gym fees, no busy gym sessions, come train in a welcoming and comfortable environment.
